Easy Fire TV method

Install with Downloader

  1. Install and open the Downloader app on your Fire TV.
  2. In Downloader, enter:
speedytv.org
  1. Open Download App on the Speedy TV website.
  2. Select Download APK.
  3. When prompted by Fire TV, allow installation and install Speedy TV.
You do not need to type the full APK address. Just visit speedytv.org and use the Download App link.

If the download button does not work in Downloader, enter the direct APK address:

Install with ADB

ADB is useful for installing or updating Speedy TV from a computer on compatible Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV devices.

  1. Enable Developer Options and ADB debugging on your Fire TV.
  2. Find the Fire TV's IP address in its network settings.
  3. Download the APK to your computer using the button above.
  4. Open a terminal or PowerShell window in the APK folder.
adb connect FIRE_TV_IP:5555 adb install -r speedytv.apk
The -r option installs an update over an existing compatible Speedy TV installation without clearing its local app data.
